Om Mani Padme Hum – is called the Compassion Buddha mantra and the benefits of reciting this mantra are infinite, like the limitless sky itself. It is believed every one of the Buddha’s teachings resides within this one powerful mantra. It is repeated over and over again to invoke the loving and unconditional qualities of compassion. Reciting the Compassion Buddha mantra just once completely purifies the four defeats of breaking the four root vows of self-liberation and the five uninterrupted negative karmas.

Lava - is a grounding stone that strengthens one's connection to Mother Earth. It gives us strength and courage, allowing us stability through times of change. It provides guidance and understanding in situations where we may need to "bounce back.” A calming stone is very useful in dissipating anger. It promotes positive changes where needed in behavioral issues. Since lava is known for its grounding qualities, it’s wonderful for calming emotions.

Skull Beads - are meant to have the meditator reflect on death and impermanence and know that death is a fact, and the closer that we can relate to death and embrace it, the sooner we can start living with love and compassion and realize that in this cyclic existence death will come when it is time...live life and embrace death. Acceptance is key to the inevitable passing of time and body.
