Why We Reset!

In a world that rarely slows down, taking time to reset isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. The Mindful Reset is a three-day practice of breath, movement, and stillness designed to help our Warrior community reconnect to balance and purpose.

This event brings together Kevin, Al, and Chris from Mala for Vets for a grounded, heart-centered experience combining yoga flows, meditation, and Nidra practice. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or returning to it, this is your space to breathe again.

    DAY 1: Breathe Flow & Meditation

    Start with the breath. This opening practice reconnects you to rhythm, awareness, and clarity.

    DAY 2: Grounding Flow & Meditation

    Al guides a steady, grounding practice that brings focus to the present moment. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll find strength and peace in stillness.

    DAY 3: Warrior Nidra

    Chris leads a Warrior Nidra session designed to restore balance through guided relaxation. This deep, meditative experience helps you reset your nervous system and reconnect with your calm center.

Purpose & Partnership

A Reset with Purpose

The Mindful Reset supports the ongoing mission of Mala for Vets—to serve those who have served by bringing mindfulness and healing into the Warrior community.

This event also aligns with the work of our nonprofit partners who share this vision of wellness through yoga and meditation. Participation is free; donations and mala purchases during this event help sustain mindfulness programs for veterans and first responders.
