As we prepare to welcome 2025, we at Mala for Vets are taking a moment to reflect on an incredible year. 2024 was filled with milestones, creativity, and meaningful connections. We expanded our reach, strengthened our community of warriors, and collaborated with inspiring organizations to further our mission of healing and empowerment. Here’s a detailed look back at the year that was and a glimpse into the exciting future ahead.
Top-Selling Beads of 2024: Resonating with Warriors
The beauty of mala beads lies in their ability to connect deeply with those who wear them. This year, the following beads stood out as customer favorites, each offering unique healing properties:
Rudraksha: Known as sacred seeds, Rudraksha beads continued to be a cornerstone of our malas. They bring grounding energy, emotional balance, and spiritual connection—qualities that resonate deeply with warriors seeking peace and focus.
Lava Beads: Symbolizing strength and transformation, Lava beads were a standout in our Warrior line of wrist malas. Their grounding nature helps wearers stay resilient in the face of challenges.

Campaign Highlights: Spreading Healing and Mindfulness
This year, our community played a pivotal role in amplifying our mission through key campaigns and initiatives:
#MalaforVetsGemstones Campaign: This ongoing campaign highlights the spiritual and healing properties of our gemstones. It was a journey of education and inspiration, empowering warriors to embrace mindfulness and emotional well-being.
#ChakraEvent: This year we spent seven weeks going over the different chakras and the gemstones that support them. We also created short meditation practices for each chakra.
Vetoga’s Suicide Prevention Fundraiser: Together, we raised funds and awareness for this critical cause, offering hope and support to veterans struggling with mental health challenges.
Exciting Collaborations: From creating the Warrior Surf Foundation’s ‘Share the Stoke!’ mala set to supporting the Kula Yoga Festival, we forged partnerships that brought mindfulness and healing to new spaces.
Creative Designs and Warrior Empowerment
2024 was a year of innovation and thoughtful craftsmanship. We launched new mala lines and wrist malas designed with intention and care to support warriors through every phase of their journey. Some of the highlights included:
