Vipasana True Nature Mala
Vipasana True Nature Mala
This is a truly amazing mala with Rudraksha, Sandalwood, Turquoise, and skull beads.
Vipassanā ལྷག་མཐོང་, in the Buddhist tradition means insight into the true nature of reality, namely as the Three marks of existence: impermanence, suffering or unsatisfactoriness, and the realisation of non-self. Pre sectarian Buddhism emphasized the practice of Dhyana, but early in the history of Buddhism Vipassanā gained a prominent place in the teachings.
Rudraksha - is believed to increase the ability to concentrate, giving clarity and peace of mind, improves memory and relieve stress and anxiety. Rudraksha is also known to slow the aging process, increase stamina, reduce blood pressure, strengthen the heart and balances the nervous system. Not only that, but the auspicious Rudraksha beads are believed to bestow divine protection and increase abundance and prosperity. It is believed that the Rudraksha contains the secrets of the entire evolution of the cosmos within it. According to the ancient Vedas, Shiva cried tears of compassion for humanity and his tears became Rudraksha Seeds to assist humanity in our healing. By meditating with a Rudraksha mala or by wearing Rudraksha against the skin, it is believed to increase the ability to concentrate, giving clarity and peace of mind, improve memory and relieve stress and anxiety.
Sandalwood - is one of the traditional materials used for malas. A soothing, peaceful and fragrant wood it is said to attract positive subtle vibrations, bring clear perception, promote tranquility and a positive frame of mind. Sandalwood is an antidepressant, antiseptic, insecticidal, and sedative wood. It can assist in the healing of cells and is used to assist the immune system in any healing process or to prevent illness. Calming Sandalwood is a wonderful meditation tool. Its sedative property clears stress from the nervous system.
Skull Beads -are meant to have the meditator reflect on death and impermanence and know that death is a fact and the closer that we can relate to death and embrace it the sooner we can start living with love and compassion and realizing that in this cyclic existence death will come when it is time...live life and embrace death. Acceptance is key to the inevitable passing of time and body.
Turquoise - strengthens the meridians of the body and the subtle energy fields, enhancing communication between the physical and spiritual worlds. Spiritually, Turquoise heals and cleanses both the energy centers and the physical body. It acts to induce wisdom and understanding, and to enhance trust, and kindness. Turquoise is a stone for self-forgiveness, self-acceptance and the release of useless regrets. It encourages us to honor ourselves as a creation and a tool of the Divine. It dispels negative energy and can be worn to protect against outside influences or pollutants in the atmosphere. Turquoise balances and aligns all the chakras, stabilizing mood swings and instilling inner calm. It is excellent for depression and exhaustion, it also has the power to prevent panic attacks. Turquoise promotes self-realization and assists creative problem solving. It is a symbol of friendship, and stimulates romantic love. Turquoise is a Master Healer and can be placed on all the seven chakras.
