8mm Sandalwood and Turquoise with handmade tassel and small OM charm. This mala has Brahman knots between each bead...and the Sandalwood smells AUMAZING...my studio is 100% blissful!

Sandalwood - is one of the traditional materials used for malas. A soothing, peaceful and fragrant wood it is said to attract positive subtle vibrations, bring clear perception, promote tranquility and a positive frame of mind. Calming Sandalwood is a wonderful meditation tool. Its sedative property clears stress from the nervous system.

Turquoise - strengthens the meridians of the body and the subtle energy fields, enhancing communication between the physical and spiritual worlds. Spiritually, Turquoise heals and cleanses both the energy centers and the physical body. It acts to induce wisdom and understanding, and to enhance trust, and kindness. Turquoise is a stone for self-forgiveness, self-acceptance and the release of useless regrets. It is excellent for depression and exhaustion, it also has the power to prevent panic attacks.

OM - The "Om" represents the four divine states of Brahman - metta (loving kindness), karuna (compassion), mudita (sympathetic joy), and upekkha (equanimity). The syllable OM, which is the imperishable Brahman, is the universe. It can be God, Jesus, Buddha, Mother Nature or anything else that represents the divine to you. Om is the sound that represents this higher power and its connection to each of us.
