I currently do not have any local (Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra) studio affiliation, but will work with you at your studio, or join you for practice at your home. I offer one-on-one instruction or group instruction (up to 12) in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Mindful Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Men, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. I also offer free group classes for Veterans.

For New Students
As a new student, you may be intimidated by the public classroom environment. Private classes allow teachers the opportunity to focus on you and make sure you are getting off to an appropriate start. Private yoga instruction can help you integrate into our public classes. We can also provide one-on-one classes with your teacher on an ongoing basis.
For Yoga Teacher Training Students
Fine tune your sanskrit and form while preparing your body and mind for your YTT.
For Experienced Students
Experienced students benefit from private lessons as well. Do you breathe correctly? Which postures always give you trouble? What have you always wanted to be able to do? In a private class, you are able to gain a deeper insight into specific postures or categories of postures that interest you. Private yoga sessions are the perfect learning environment. Our teachers can help you with posture alignment, modifications, and can give the experienced student time to learn about yoga philosophy or other aspects of interest, such as meditation and breathing practices.
